Our suppliers, by SAH Leduc
The Purchasing Department is a service unit for the rest of the firm. It acts as a link between Suppliers, Engineering, Production, Quality and Logistics departments.
The Purchasing Department is integrated right from the start of the project for new products and services. The choice of supplier is based on both the final cost provided as well as compliance with SAH Leduc values. As part of its continuous improvement process, the supplier should be proactive in its efforts to improve the competitiveness of its products and services.
